Sociology Students Broadening Perspectives at BCU

Sociology students from Central Saint Michael’s Sixth Form visited Birmingham City University to explore their subject beyond A Level.

Learners took part in three fascinating sessions:
– Sociology and Sport
– Colonialism and Crime
– What Have Race and Gender Got to Do with Love Island?

Students also toured the City Campus and attended an informative talk on the UCAS application process, including fees and funding.

Working with BCU and partners alike not only provides impactful and inspiring events but also broadens our students’ perspectives and enriches their academic journey.
