Despite initially deciding not to apply for a degree course, start-up entrepreneur Gia is now about to start her next journey at Lancaster University.
Due to having to juggle her studies with her own business, the Central Saint Michael’s student decided to focus on her enterprise and defer university.
But she later changed her mind after going on to achieve D*D*D in her Extended Business Diploma.
Fearing it was too late, Gia had turned to Principal Navjot Kaur and Careers Adviser Jon Botfield for support with crafting a successful university application in time.
All was not lost and Gia is now studying Business Management (Entrepreneurship).
Navjot says: “This is amazing, especially as Gia started her own business in her second year, so she was juggling her studies alongside her start up business.”
