Celebration Friday: National Apprenticeship Week 2026

Award-winning law firm Mills and Reeve were at Central Saint Michael’s Sixth Form to reveal what it takes to be part of their emerging talent programmes.
As part of National Apprenticeship Week 2026, solicitors Isabella Huckin and Emily Atkinson gave advice and support to Law students, sharing their own experiences with learners of taking the apprenticeship route to accomplish success in the legal field.

Raising awareness of the specific skill sets needed by lawyers and uncovering the details of their Law and Solicitor Apprenticeships, the insightful session on legal careers – with the company ranked as one of the 50 most innovative law firms in Europe by the Financial Times – was a gamechanger for our students preparing their future plans.
